- Account details such as name, business email, role, and authentication metadata.
- Usage logs such as scan actions, dashboard activity, diagnostics, and audit events.
- Uploaded business files (for example XML, Excel, and PDF) and extracted technical metadata.
- Billing metadata such as plan, subscription status, and payment provider reference IDs.
- Support and feedback submissions shared through in-product forms.
How We Use Data
- To provide account access, run scans, and generate vulnerability/applicability reports.
- To secure the platform, detect abuse, and maintain auditability.
- To process subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and support requests.
- To improve product reliability, performance, and user experience.
Sharing and Transfers
- We share data only with required subprocessors such as cloud hosting, billing, and communication providers.
- We do not sell personal data.
- Cross-border processing may occur and is protected through appropriate contractual safeguards.
