- VulnMapper is a digital SaaS platform. No physical goods are shipped.
- Access is delivered through account activation and secure login credentials.
Activation Timeline
- Trial access is activated after successful registration and policy acceptance.
- Paid plan access is activated after successful payment confirmation from the billing provider.
- In rare verification cases, activation may take up to 24 hours.

- If access is not activated as expected, contact sales@niuvate.com with account email and payment reference.
