Service Scope
- VulnMapper provides SAP vulnerability mapping, note applicability reporting, and operational dashboards.
- Service output supports security operations but final remediation decisions remain customer responsibility.
Account and Access
- Users must provide accurate business information and keep credentials secure.
- Company admins are responsible for role assignment and account lifecycle within their organization.
- We may suspend access for security, legal, or non-payment reasons.
Billing and Plans
- Plans may include trial and paid subscriptions billed monthly, 6-monthly, yearly, or enterprise contract terms.
- Subscription fees and taxes are payable according to selected plan terms.
- Cancellation and refund handling follows the dedicated Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Use Restrictions
- Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform.
- Do not upload unlawful or unauthorized third-party content.
- You are responsible for complying with applicable third-party licensing obligations.
